St. Martin’s is now listed as a place of refuge in case of an emergency in the vicinity to the church.  In the event of an emergency, the Hall could be used as either a) a Reception Centre or b) Group Lodgings.

The Hall has been measured and a Tupperware box containing instructions for initial set up has been left in the Hall.  

In the case of emergency:

1) NSEM would get in touch with our contact people.

2) Then those people or people trained for set up would then go up to the Hall and start taping out /setting up the areas required.

3) NSEM would handle everything from thereon in.

It is not essential to have volunteers trained, but it would be desirable to NSEM to have the system in place prior to their arrival.

At the end of August there will be a short training session for those people who would interested in being contact persons / set-up persons.  If you are interested, please contact the office and I will put you down on the list.
